About Haylee

More than reps. A coach in your corner.

Originally from Saskatchewan, Canada, Haylee is a former collegiate outside hitter who finished her four-year career with over 1,000 kills and multiple All-Conference honors. She brings 6+ years of coaching experience across high school, club, middle school, boys, and girls volleyball.

HH Performance offers private lessons, small-group training, and open gyms built around meeting athletes where they actually are and helping them grow from there. The goal is better volleyball, of course — but it goes beyond footwork and arm swing.

Haylee believes in mentoring the person behind the athlete, whether that means navigating confidence, recruiting, life outside the gym, building habits that carry past the court, or simply being someone in their corner. Many of those relationships have lasted well beyond an athlete's final season. Grace-centered, honest, and in it for the long haul.

More than training

It's bigger than the game.

Better volleyball is where it starts. Confidence, character, and a coach in your corner for the long haul — that's where it goes.
